CARMACKS CONSTRUCTION LTD. Established in 1974, Carmacks is a multifaceted general civil construction service and highway maintenance company handling all aspects of heavy civil construction. With offices in Edmonton, Calgary and Fort McMurray, Carmacks provides a range of municipal and subdivision service for: municipal street, water and sewer; subdivision development; underground utilities; and parking lots. In 2003-2004, they completed the Timber Heights Subdivision for Tercon Developments Ltd. in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
